Dosing Proposal | VPCs and Ventricular Tachycardia

• Initial Treatment (MSE): 1-2 mg/kg IV over 1 to 2 minutes,  repeated every 5 to 10 minutes for a maximum of 4 doses. The onset of action is <2 minutes, and each bolus lasts <20 minutes.

• Ongoing stabilisation (MSE):  Consider a lidocaine CRI of 25 -100 ug/kg/min (1.5-6 mg/kg/hr).
