Suggested Dosing

  • Diuresis:  0.13 to 0.25 mg/kg q24h  (Ref). There is limited evidence to recommend this dosing schedule. We therefore give weak recommendations only. 

  • Efficacy: The available evidence supports some degree of efficacy and suitability of the agent in situations where furosemide use is unavailable or unsuitable.
